Mr Shopper - Beware

Package promised 21 December, still nothing! You go on the website to track and it says still processing. They supply a number to call to follow up on a banner to say there are delays due to Black Friday and when you call, you get put on hold for what feels like forever, especially when you loaded your phone with airtime for this waste of a call and eventually reach a voicemail. Left a message but not going to hold my breath for a response. Any response would be nice like maybe an email with a follow up delivery date or apology or something. Convinced it’s a **** also
