Mr Shopper - Be careful - Zero Service Delivery. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR STUFF

I am a very unhappy client. Not sure if I can call myself a client because NO SERVICE was given to me. 1. Paid R3,184.00 On 10 December. 2. First promise date of my order 23 december 2021 3. 2nd promise date 7 January 2021 4. 3rd promise date 11 December 2021

Please note that it will eat all your airtime holding on for a Mr.shopper representative if you call ***. You will always be the 4th caller in line with an average holding time of 2 min. Very suspicious, almost like a recording?? When you get first inline you have only 1 option leave a message that no one will get back to...

THEN there is this amaizing feature where you can chat directly with a representive on their website... Well this would have been good if someone is actually chatting back... Also a **** communication method.

After that I have tried the email form of comunication.. thanks because again I have been speaking to myself... (Support@mrshopper)

I then tried my last resort & phoned ***. Eventually got hold of a "manager" Shaun Mapoza.

Promises was made high and low. Which was obviously not met and no communication from their side.

After this terrible service I have suggested to go and collect my order myself in Richard's drive Midrand. When I got there there was already 4 people waiting and cannot enter the premises with a vehicle you have to walk in.. the other people suggested to rather not go in because it looks suspicious, I also left the area.

In one instance while waiting to be transfered to a manager I was connected to another very unhappy client! Yes, you are reading correctly. and after we both screamed at each other, we found out that we are both clients and they have connect our calls.

When you use Mr. Shopper you will hear excuses with out service delivery... That is if you managed to get hold of anyone.

I sometimes wonder if they actually have things that they are selling!

Even with Wish.com got my packages delivered lol
