Please do not buy from this online store, I believe they ********. I called in early Jan and asked them if they had stock of a certain pool, they **** and said they had and once paid I would receive by the 29th of Jan. I never received my pool. I then tried calling customer service and no one answers the phone. No one responds to emails. I eventually got hold of someone on a landlines and they promised I would receive my refund within 10 working days. That was almost a month ago and no refund. I can't get hold of anyone via landlines, email or customer service portals.
