Mr Shopper bad service.

I placed an order with Mr. Shopper on the 1 December and the TV was not delivered. They sent me an email early this morning and said that the expected delivery date will be on the 30 December or l could request a refund. I'm not sure if l should give them my banking details. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. Has anyone given them their banking details and received a refund?
