Mr Shopper

I don't even want to give Mr Shopper one star. I ordered a pool with a pump for my grandchildren on the 3rd Jan. Delivery date was the 12th. The 12th came and nothing. I contacted Nomsa via mail, she said someone will phone me. A agent phoned me and moved the date to the 19th Jan. He was very polite. He said they had no stock but he promised me del on the 19th.Well the 19th came and no delivery. By then I was losing my patients. I spoke to Nomsa and she said the courier has collected and delivery will be the 23rd or the 25th.Need I say more NOTHING CAME. I phoned them and the lady put down the phone in my ear. My daughter phoned back and said she wants answers or we will get our lawyer to handle this. Shawn spoke to her and asked for the waybill no. We don't have a ****** no. He asked my daughter to phone back the next day. Date was the 29th Jan. She phoned back and....... Wait for it...... THEY DON'T HAVE STOCK. So why was I told the courier picked up the pool? I have this all on mail. I will be using this as evidence. I want my money back. And I'm not waiting. They did not wait for me to pay the money, so I won't wait either. I will be seeing my lawyer next week. I will never ever use these people again. Be careful who you buy from... Do some investigating before you buy. I should have done that because I would never have bought from them if I saw the bad things said about them.
