Mr Shopper

Shocking customer service, no reply to any of my emails to their customer support mail address. You phone the customer support line and hold for 10 mins and then when you finally 1st in the queue you get a message the extensions you dal**** is not available. On their site you try and use the chat feature and the replies take ages and no help at all. How long does it take to look up the status of an order... no apology or any kind of help offered to resolve the matter...

Now to try and cancel the order and get my money back is going to be a nightmare...Stay away from this company the service is shocking and truly makes you lose faith in online shopping..
