Mr Shopper are they a ****?

Is this even a legitimate business. I read the reviews on google. 9 out of 10 experiences are similar. We buy and products never got delivered. The oldest review was November 2020 and to date 6 February did not receive their goods. No customer service, emails are ignored, call center not answering calls, etc. The Google map shows a housing complex does not look like a business at all. Their website must be a **** but they continue to ***** money from online shoppers. How and where are online **** websites reported?
