MR SHOPPER ARE *****S

For more than a month I have been trying to get Mr shopper to give me a refund and pick up their damaged product which they delivered. Every day I call and it's always empty promises of returning the call after getting more information but never receiving a call back. They finally called me on the 18 January 2021 saying that I will receive my refund my the 20 January and that the product will be fetched by the courier company. Today is the 21st and nothing has been fetched. It also seems that they are ignoring and purposely cutting my calls whenever I call. They don't respond on whatsapp,email,online chat and it's a miracle if they answer their phone lines. I am at a loss as to what to do anymore. This company is a *****.
