Mr Shopper and their terrible customer service.

I placed an order back on 28 January 2021 and was told that it will be delivered on 8 February 2021 and here I am still waiting. The site seemed very legit and now I definitely think it is a ****. My payment has been made and is still processing apparently, but when I have called to find out about the date of arrival, there is absolutely zero feedback. The customer service is really poor as I have called the number but have been sent straight through to voicemail several times. Right now I would just like my money back, but even that would probably take another few months to process. I really hope that this issue can be resolved ASAP and I'm sure I'm not the only customer with this issue...
