Mr Shopper and Pelican Express - bad service

Ordered an Intex swimming pool from them that should have been delivered on the 6th. Today is the 12th and after about 20 calls, at least 1.5 hours wasted in waiting for them and their contracted courier to answer the phone, I am no closer to receiving my order. Their courier - Pelican Express, is not adding any value to their service. I might get it tomorrow for the last 3 days already. Very unhappy with their communication and follow-through to get the product delivered.
