Mr Shopper

I placed 2 orders with Mr Shopper, on 17/11/2020 and called to confirm the stock of all items, sometimes paid and Mr Shopper verified the receipt on Wednesday, 1 item must be requested from the supplier for each order. I called the call center and they told me that the items will arrive at their warehouse only on 29/11/2020 and then they will be sent to me. I asked if in the meantime the items can be shipped and they do, I will have to pay the shipping costs separately from each item, while I ordered each item separately, I may have already received some. It simply did not perceive. So typically I will have to wait 2 weeks to receive and my items, at which time it is totally inaccessible and comfortable.
