MR SHOPPER a total ****

I placed and paid for an order on 30 nov 2020, then heard absolutely nothing. no response to numerous emails and every phonecall ended with "the person at extension 205/6 is unavailable, please leave a message"". Eventually in January I was answered and promised that my order would be sent, I asked for followup, but none came. I managed to get to speak to a Lebogang Mamoga who promised to get back to me 2 weeks ago, and still no reply. I am thinking that Mr Shopper is a **** and i should be contacting the ***** division of SAPS
