Mr Shopper - a reason not to shop with Mr Shopper!!

Hi I ordered a Phillips XXL air fryer. Was scheduled to be delivered on 26.11.2020 and even had a call confirming it. Did not receive any tracking number and the item is yet to be delivered!!!! Tried calling and talking on line with Mr Shopper with no success. Calls not answered and on line chat now off line?????
