Mr Shopper - A ********** ****?

I ordered 2 air coolers on 24 October 2020 and paid for it. After several attempts to contact them (it is the most inaccessible company), I was told they were out of stock and that they would refund me. Today is the 12 March 2021 with still no refund. I have tried on several occasions to contact them. How do you communicate with a seemingly dead company? This is a ********** **** that *****s money from honest South African citizens. PLEASE do not buy from Mr Shopper!
