Mr Shopper - !!!

This is my second post for Mr Shopper bad experience!!! We have still not received our order that was placed on the 29th of Oct. We are so tired to hear all the excuses from the manger, he confirmed via call on the 23th Nov to promise us that our order will be delivered first thing on the 24th Nov, and today is the 25th Nov and nothing had been delivered.... We are now going to have to take the next step and open up an case against you for *****.! Can't believe the manager is as useful with planning and customer care. BRENON - + ***4 you never pick up your phone, call centre is on hold till we run out of airtime. Our home renovations is still on hold because of this order delay. !!
