Mr Shopper - 39780
Purchased a vacuum cleaner on the 3 November 2020. No delivery to date. You can call till you blue in the face, the number is permanently on hold when you get to caller number 1, it goes to voicemail. No replies from *** after numerous emails. It appears to be a ********** operation. A lady then answers takes my order number down and then puts me on hold till the call goes dead.

When I call your "call centre"it goes to voicemail. I keep calling your number which gets cut off.
