Mr Shopper!

I have purchased 17 fridges from Mr Shopper, I have paid them R39 589 for 17 fridges. They took extremely long to deliver the products, we eventually received all the stock and now they refuse to give us an invoice! Fishy way of doing business! I am waiting since 12 October, I am sending email after email and they don't answer my calls! How on earth can a retailer not issue invoices when selling products to the public and other businesses.
