MR SHOCKER - The Worst Online Company There Is!

I think this is my 7th review and it's going to be the last thing I EVER have to do with Mr Shopper! They are the most inefficient and useless company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a simple product, which they still list as "in stock" on their website, on 25Nov20 as a gift. Delivery was supposed to be 7Dec20 ....well in time for Christmas, so I thought! When it hadn't arrived and I had heard absolutely nothing from Mr Shopper, I tried to contact them by phone, e-mail, on-line...you name it. Not once did I get through or were any of my messages responded to. Finally, on 22/23Dec20, Brian phoned me apologising for the delay and blaming all and sundry, including the courier company, Pelican Express. He promised I'd definitely have my item by 6Jan21. Well, guess what? That came and went again without so much as a squeak from MR SHOCKER! Determined to warn others of the "joys" of dealing with this company, I joined the hundreds of other complainants and bombarded them with negative reviews. I think they finally had had enough of me and, on or abouts 19Jan21, I received a call asking for my banking details so I could be refunded. I was told that emails to me were bouncing back! All lies because, without even giving them my address again, I received a mail confirming the money had been deposited in my account! Don't be suckered into their promise of cheap prices! You will pull your hair out waiting and wondering whether you will ever get your goods. Just read all the other unhappy customers here and save yourself the pain. Don't believe a single positive review. I certainly don't. Good riddance, MR SHOCKER. You will never hear from me again, nor get referrals from me, that's for sure!
