"MR SHOCKER" The Absolute Worst There Is

Well, here we go again! Another broken promise from "Mr Shocker"! I ordered one simple item on 25Nov20 (O/No 41572). Delivery was supposed to have been 7Dec20. That came and went! I sent emails, tried umpteen unsuccessful calls, sent messages on their website.....not a single response! Finally, on 22 or 23Dec20, I received a call from Brian at Mr Shopper blaming the courier company not being able to deliver to KZN.. .only Gauteng! Then change your courier, for Pete's sake! He promised delivery would then happen on 6Jan21. Well, guess what.....that's now come and gone....and not a word from "Mr Shocker". This is the most pathetic company I have EVER dealt with! I will NEVER order through them again! If you're thinking of ordering anything through Mr Shopper because the price is a couple of hundred rands cheaper than the tried and tested online stores, THINK AGAIN! Save yourself the pain! Don't believe a single positive review they have received. They have to all be ****! These guys dont deserve to be in business. They need to be exposed and closed down. No customer deserves to be treated like this. They feel absolutely nothing and the owners should be ashamed!!!!!
