"MR SHOCKER" -Has to be the WORST online company there is! you

This is my fourth review here, and I will continue warning people about this company until I get my order. They are the most shocking online company I have EVER encountered! You get absolutely no response from any of their platforms and they feel sweet blow all for their customers. If you do ever hear from them they are full of excuses and will make you promises they dont keep. Your revised delivery date will come and go without so much as a murmur from "Mr Shocker". I order a simple product which as listed as "in-stock" on 25Nov20 (O/No 41572). Deliver was given as 7Dec20. Well, that came and went without so much as a squeak from this pathetic excuse of a company! I tried to phone, email and message. Left messages but everything fell on deaf ears. Finally, on 22/23Dec20, I had a call from Brian saying the couriers couldnt deliver to KZN and was very apologetic. He has a hell of a job if that's what he has to do all day, every day...apologise to disappointed and irrate customers. Anyway, he promised me I'd receive my order on 6Jan21. Well, guess what.....it's 18Jan21 and I'm still waiting, and, not surprisingly, not a word from "Mr Shocker", again! I dont believe a single positive review there may be here.i wouldn't be surprised if they have their own people sitting there posting "satisfied" reviews on this site. Just use your common sense ...just scroll down and see how many irrate customers there are here! Don'tfall into the same trap many of us have! Dont fall for their cheap prices and reasonable delivery dates! The pain and suffering isn't worth it, I can assure you. You will see that many people have had to go out and buy the same thing somewhere else and are now struggling to get a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ROGUES.They are shocking and deserve to be put out of business. I am normally a very quiet and understanding person, but "Mr Shocker" has pushed me over the edge like no other! I'm fed up and want to make sure that people know what they likely to be letting themselves in for in trying to deal with this despicable company. BE WARNED! STAY FAR AWAY!
