Mr ******* (Shopper)

Unfortunately I can not give a Zero Rating. I have had the worst experience with this company. It is unfortunate that I did not do my proper research about them before my purchase. Only after I purchased did I realised im not dealing with a credible company. I demanded to get a refund from them, to my surprise they agreed and sent me an email that I would get my refunf within 3 days but now its been 2 weeks. I cant get hold of them on the phone any longer, they dont respond on WhatsApp, email or facebook.
