Delivery for my Christmas order, which I placed on the 8th of December, was scheduled for the 21st of December. No delivery was received and still waiting. Phoned, only reached voicemails, emailed with no reply, messaged on the Tidio messenger app, still no reply. Finally received an email with some kind of vague reply from someone by the name Leander with no meaningful message telling me the courier will contact me and provided me with a different number I could try to reach them? Why not just simply try and contact ME back? So I phoned the number, once again voicemail! I asked several times, please just give me the courier’s name and number. I will even go and collect it from them if possible. Still no reply.
I am absolutely furious! My little girl is going to be devastated. All she wanted was that one thing which the shops in SA do not sell.
What do I do now?

24 Dec 2020, 07:43Then you read through all the reviews and spot the **** “Good Service” reviews inbetween the bad ones. So they have time to post **** reviews but no time to get back to their customers. Absolutely pathetic!
