Mr-no-Shipping

We ordered a lawnmower, at the start of December. The original delivery dat was the 18th of December, which came and went. I enquired on the 6th of January, receiving only an automated reply. Followed up on the 13th, with the exact same outcome. So when the invoice is sent, the do mention that delivery can take longer and they can refund one at anytime. How the hell are they going to refund you, if they can't even reply to an email? This is now seriously becoming ridiculous. I have no idea how they got themselves listed on Google shopping with this useless excuse for a service. Please send the freaking goods!
