Looking for frustration with online shopping? Try Mr Shopper

I have not been frustrated in this way by an online shopping facility. I have to say this is the worst ever experience. I have ordered on 18 December 2020 and bad promise they made was to say in 11 days. A gentleman called and requested extra 11 days extension for delivery, however even now I am still without the item.

I get in queues with an answering machine and when it is my turn to be answered, I go to voicemail. Really?
