*****, ******** and *******. I placed an online order on 2 December 2020. Delivery scheduled for 18 December. Nothing. No contact. I tried calling, emailing and Online Chat for the entire month. Nothing. 4 January 2021 I got through on the phone. Left on hold for 25 minutes until I hung up. Finally got a date on the online chat for 11 January. Nothing. No contact. Demanded an explanation. None. Got another date for 19 January. So far no delivery and I'm getting ZERO feedback from them. I want an immediate refund. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM
