Legit business, horrible service!

I placed an order on the 16th of this month, and since then, my order has been sitting on processing. Tomorrow will be a whole week since I paid and nothing is happening. Payfast on the other hand are also useless, they should help us with our refunds but instead, they tell you to contact the business. They don’t answer their emails, WhatsApp line, online chat service or calls, how on Earth are we suppose to get hold of them? I just want my refund so I can go buy a phone elsewhere, preferably on Takealot.
