Legal advise against Mr shopper, please help!!!

I placed an order on the 1st of December 2020 and they didn't honor the delivery. eventually I just asked for a refund. today is the 5th of February and I haven't received my money. I have called, emailed and online chatted-NO RESPONSE!!! Can someone please advise on what to do legally, like where do you go to report this website. Please help!!!
