I bought 250 bags of cement from them the delivery date came and passed no contact from them then I decided to call the finally reached them after calling more the 50 times and emailing and they gave me a different date, same story no delivery. I wrote to them asking for a refund after calling and emailing them everyday they decided to refund me but they refunded only half the money. I try contacting them everyday with no luck. they don't respond. If they do respond they tell me to send account details which I then send but nothing happens. They asked for my account details 3 times and I sent them but nothing I still haven't received my money. The TV guys will take us to the consumer offices and they will be forced to pay us back and exposed at the same time
