Items delivered in damaged packaging

I ordered 4 items from Mr Shopper and received them today. Three of the four items were delivered in damaged, open packaging, and the fourth item was misdescribed on the website. I am not at all happy with the quality of how the items arrived and I cannot return them as they are needed and I will not receive new ones by the date I need them.
