Is MRSHOPPER a ****?

Seems like I'm joining the list of many others dealing with the same experience as a possible **** company. On the 29th of November I placed and paid for an order for my kids Christmas presents, the delivery was meant to arrive on the 14th of December and didn't. I contacted mrshopper and received an email asking for my order number and that was the last I heard back from them, I have tried calling every day since the 14th on every number I could find and sent numerous emails and still no reply. The customer service number puts you in a queue and when it gets to your turn the call gets cut off, this also seems like a recording. I do not recommend mrshopper to anyone as I am out of a considerable amount of money and now am at a rush to buy Christmas presents for my kids. If anyone has any other form of contact information please forward it to my email ***.
