Is mr shopper a real company or are they a hoax??

Whatever else you do, never use mr shopper!! I wonder if it’s legit this stupid company. I’m soo mad and so angry. On the 17th of December 2020, I ordered a hisense fridge French door, was R17,990, I paid using PayPal. I was promised that my fridge will be delivered on the 5th of January 2021, nothing happened. I called them and again I was promised that the fridge will be delivered on the 18th of Jan, nothing happened. What irritates me the most about this hoax of a company is that they don’t call you to inform you about your order, you have to keep calling them and you stay on the phone for hours, my bill has gone really high with this lousy mr shopper. I keep dealing with a guy by the name of Brian who keeps promising me he will call me back, nothing happens. The other day this Brian guy calls me and told me a long story about the company account being frozen by the bank, they request to pay me in small amounts of 2k everyday. Really? I agreed thinking it will happen, because I desperately need my money back. They only paid me 2k and that was it. I’m going to open a case for this stupid hoax of a company. DO NOT BUY AT MR shopper... it’s a horrible company to deal with. No care for customers. Nomsa
