Is Mr Shopper a real business or a **** shop?

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but Mr Shopper has proven to be one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever encountered.

The first order - I was lucky enough to have my phone call answered, a credit & voucher was issued for the item which was never delivered.

I placed an order for the same item (Dec 2020), hoping that this time it would be delivered and not 'damaged en route' as was the reason for the non-arrival of first item. Since then I have had NO correspondence from Mr Shopper. Only automated email replies and after waiting on the phone for ever, ''the person at extension *** is not available.'' I have wasted hours waiting in line on the phone only to receive that response, and also hours of wasted airtime.
