Infuriated

I'm so stressed out and anxiously awaiting my delivery. This was an expensive purchase for me. I placed order 24th Oct was told it would be delivered the 30th Oct.... It's now 3rd Nov... Still nothing. First the waybill number was for someone else's address... Then the courier I'm tracking has the incorrect house number! You can hardly get through to anyone at customer care. And just get told it's coming. I'm so annoyed by this horrible service. I want my package as in TODAY! This is something I'm not going to let go... Even if I have to take it further. I don't understand how you can be an online service with so many bad reviews. I should have researched better before selecting this company!
