I feel the need to give a better review after my experience. All because of one person. Many thanks to Eddie! I was disappointed with Mr Shoppers online service and despite all the frustration, it was Eddie who called me to apologize and explain what will happen next. He also followed up to make sure my problem was eventually solved. In fact, it was fixed. Thank you for engaging in your work, for serving your customers calmly and patiently, for communication and for follow up. I appreciate your help.
