Impove Customer Service

Went to their collection point in Midrand, although having received an email to come fetch my parcel i had to wait almost 30 minutes. One of their employees Ryan was giving me attitude and very unhelpful! Thanks to Willem, who was very kind and helpful. Mr Shopper should get rid of some parasite employees otherwise they wont grow!
