I will NEVER support MR SHOPPER again!

I wish I saw the bad reviews before I placed my order with Mr Shopper.

I placed my order on 29/12/2020 and chose the EFT option. After order confirmation I received an e-mail stating that the delivery date is 06/01/2021. On 01/02/2021 I made payment and sent the proof of payment. On 02/02/2021 I received an e-mail with a changed delivery date to 11/01/2021 (understandable since I made payment 3 days after ordering). On 11/01/2021 I sent an e-mail with no reply. I tried phoning on 15/01/2021. Always number 4 or 5 in the cue and when it is my turn to speak to a consultant that extension is not available. Phoned twice on 18/01/2021. Spoke to someone (for to write the name down) who would follow up and give me a call back. Still waiting for the call. I received an e-mail on 18/01/2021 changing the delivery date to 23/01/2021. On 26/01/2021 we tried phoning again. 5th in the cue again. A lady answered the call and then transferred us back into the cue. I sent an e-mail again on 26/01/2021 also and still no reply. We left messages and still no call back. Today (27/01/2021) we tried phoning 6 times with no success.
