I went to the police to report Mr. Shopper.

I opened a case against Mr. Shopper yesterday, this is totally unacceptable. How can they take my money but don't respond to any e-mails, calls, or anything? I want my refund now or a response from any agent. I was not going to do it if only I was responded to, but they leave me no choice, 3 weeks after still no response or update on my order, I will do everything in my power to shut down that company, they are a ****.
