I want my replacement please

I ordered a washing machine from Mr Shopper. I only used it once and I noticed It has a leak. I contacted their customer service on Thursday and they told me a driver was going to come and pick it up and take it to the supplier so that I will get a replacement. I have since been waiting for the driver to come but nothing. I contacted them today and they told me a driver will be here to pick it up by 2 pm now it is almost 3pm still waiting
