I want my refund on order # 44517

I want my refund MrShopper because no one cares to communicate with me what’s happening to my order. Like I wrote on my previous review, I ordered on the 15th of December 2020 and the delivery was supposed to be on the 24th of December 2020 but it’s still processing. It’s unbelievable that I have not had a chance to speak to anyone from your company. You can’t take people’s money and have them go after you when your communication channels are non existing. At this point, I just want my money back. I have sent you a few emails, messages on your chat option and I can never get through to the person on extension 205 when I call.
