I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!MR SHOPPER IS A ****

I placed my order in December 2020. They never delivered on the promised time. I called a million times, no answer, send a million emails , no response. I asked for a refund since I had to buy the same item elsewhere. I got no feedback until I drove to their offices and I was told they were still closed for the festive season. I went back again in January on a Tuesday and I was told the refund is being processed and I will get the money before Friday the same week. I never got my money and again no picking up or calls or email responses. I drove there again in the second week of February and I was told they were closed and will open around the 18th of the same month. today I called again, no answer. I have been keeping records of all the emails, calls, and visits and I am taking them to the expose' tv shows because I want MY MONEY BACK MR SHOPPER !!!!
