I believe this is a **** site

Item due for delivery in 1st week of November has not arrived (almost a month later). Mr Shopper as well as the "delivery" company Pelican Express is unreachable on phone or by email. The delivery company does occasionally respond online through chat support, but only to say "it will arrive today" or "sorry" without any further details and without any result. No one should do business with this company and I think they should be prosecuted for *****.
