I am going to the police!!!
I am really worried. I don't get any reply's, no one in this company cares about the customer after they took my money. Order #41235 was placed on November 23, 2020, and is currently On hold, this has been like this since I ordered. Are these people a ****? I am going to the police so they can help me deal with this issue. I see they reply to other people's reviews but ignore others. I'm going to wait for them to reply to me today, if I don't get a response they leave me no choice but to just open a case against them. I am so stressed and feel ****med.

08 Dec 2020, 09:52I am still waiting for a reply from these people after sending proof of payment and everything, can I also get assigned an agent that will deal with my case so I can get over and done with, I almost went to the police yesterday... I didn't go because I got a response here, so now my calls and messages are still not responded to, and feel like they are taking us as fools. I urgently need attention on my case, either a refund or they deliver my goods. Today If I don't get a response or anything, they are leaving me no choice but to just report them after work because I am honestly tired. These people are really disappointing
