Huge Incompetence.

From my experience, this business is ***********. I placed an order on 28th December 2020 of some goods worth R 1,431.00 and paid the same date by emailing them a POP. Their expected date of delivery was 4th of January 2021. Its now the 25th of Jan 2021. No communication from them either via email or phone. Phone calls are redirected to voicemail or I am put on hold for an interminable period. I regret giving them business, I will stick to Take a Lot in the future, at least they communicate, promise and deliver.
