Horrific Service - Do not use Mr Shopper

I ordered a Fridge on 22 November and delivery stated 30 November. I cannot get hold of anyone via phone, nor does anyone respond to the numerous emails. I have now been without a fridge since 30 November as I made space for the one I ordered.

Just voicemail phoning every hour everyday. Unnacceptable for the money spent. I am going to be taking this further if I do not get my Fridge by tomorrow. You are quick to take my money but no commnication eventhough your website states out for delivery.
