Horrific customer service!!!

Very very bad customer service. No answer when you call in after waiting several minutes. Ni reply to emails or whatsapp messages. Reviews on Facebook is shocking. I am so disappointed that I did not check it before placing and paying for my order. I would like to speak to a consultant asap or want a refund. If I do not get my money back I will definitely start legal steps. My order is #43746 How do one trust a company that does not communicate at all? This is starting to feel like one huge ****!!!!!
