Horrible service at Mr Shopper. Can't get hold of ANYONE

Hi. We purchased an item from Mr Shopper on 27 Nov. Estimated delivery was 10 Dec. Since then, we have been calling non stop, and sending emails, bit just don't get any replies. Every time you phone, you are nr.... in line. And when it is your turn, the phone rings, and after some time, they tell you that the person at extention 205 is not available currently, please leave a message. Ee also treid to get information from them via the whatsapp platform, but are also awaiting a reply. So there is absolutely no way to contact them. On their website, the order says out for delivery, since 9 Dec already.
