Horrible service

Hi,this is poor service,my son ordered a PS4 and paid R5000 ,instead of R4959 on 22/12/2020.Originally he should received it on 30/12/2020.The receiving date was changed to 8/12/2021.Up until today 18/1/2021 no sign of any PS4.After numerous follow up emails and request about the whereabouts of PS4 ,the order track status shows "processing" after almost a month and they also give poor COVID 19, also the blame for delay. The disappointing part is that no one call and explain,they only sent support tickets,with promises that they will get back within 8 hours .This is disgusting and everything shows like a ****.Stock ordered after this order he already received from similar websites.Is there more customers experiencing this POOR service ? Be warned !!
