Horrible service

I have been struggling with this online shop my order is was suppose 2 be delivered by 4th Dec 2020 and it now 6 Feb 2021 i have tried everything contacting them emailing but they just ignore me i even tried their online chat option but its not helpful at all this is the worse online shop i have ever dealt with with no clear communication it feels like its a **** where they just ***** my money
