Horrible Horrible Service

This is online store is the worst that you can do the purchase on. They do have respect for their customers, their communication channels are the worst, they don't keep you posted, their phone lines are forever on voicemail and they website chart are ridiculous. I'm rating negative because I have never experienced such mediocrity of service during my onlines purchases. They dont delivery and let alone the refund processe is a worst pain you can think. They don't fulfill the orders and no communication at all. I will never recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing and upsetting service. I'm still waiting for my refund for the order I made on 26 Nov 2020, till today I haven't received my money back....very upsetting.
