Horrible Customer service

I ordered and paid for a washing machine on the 4th of January and today is the 19th of February and I still have not received it. They have pushed the date numerous times making an excuse that the stock has not arrived. This whole week I have been trying to contact them to get a refund. They are not answering any of my calls nor emails. Their business dealings are very ***** and I am seriously about to take legal action. This customer service is unacceptable and I would never recommend them to anyone.
